Bamboo Fiber Biodegradable Material

Derived from renewable bamboo, blended with PBAT and a small amount of PLA to form a fully biodegradable system. Creates a natural matte finish while increasing bio-based content. With a density of 0.98 g/cm³ — lower than most bio-based alternatives — the same weight yields 27–38% more bags, making it one of the most eco-competitive bio-based materials available.

Starch-Based Material

Based on natural starch, blended with PBAT and PLA to form a biodegradable system. Mature processing and good heat-seal performance make it the most widely used biodegradable option for consumer packaging. Water resistance should be evaluated per application and environment.

/CONVENTIONAL/03

Conventional Plastic (Fossil-Based)

PE, PP and other fossil-based plastics offer a mature supply chain but are nearly impossible to biodegrade. Microplastic pollution and tightening plastic regulations worldwide are driving accelerating demand for bio-based alternatives.
